Can I make an offer?
Yes! Making an offer is available at the cart level and will be evaluated by our team before any payments are finalized. At checkout, select from our discount tiers (10%, 25%, or 50% off) and submit your offer. A 50% upfront payment is required when submitting an offer to ensure commitment to the process. We'll review your offer within 24 hours.
What are the shipping options?
All orders will be evaluated for shipping cost and timelines before finalizing and approving. Customers and our service personnel will work together to finalize orders before payment. We take payment for the items upfront and then apply additional charges once delivery and shipping is finalized. We offer local pickup from our High Point, NC location, local delivery within the Triad area, and professional shipping for larger items.
Why do you require payment up front?
Payment is required prior to finalizing to ensure commitment to the process and cover the time and effort that goes into evaluating each order. For offers, a 50% minimum upfront payment is collected when the offer is submitted. The remaining balance is charged only after your order is reviewed and approved by our team.
What is your return policy?
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our items, all sales are final. We provide detailed photos and descriptions of each piece, including any imperfections. Please review these carefully before purchasing. If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours.

Each listing includes a condition rating (Excellent, Good, Fair, or As-Is) along with a detailed description of any wear or imperfections. We believe in full transparency — what you see is what you get.
